  • Road Rage!

What are those songs that brings you to the brink of tears. You know the select few that has you bawlin’ from the intro. There were so many this morning that it’s hard to narrow it down to just one. The one that comes in at the top of my list has to beĀ  Evanescence-My Immortal!

This is one of those songs that has a particularly hauntingĀ  tone to it. From the first bar alone most find it hard to stay away from that place in our minds that we dread!

A few more suggestions came in and here they are:

    Abba- Winner takes it all

    Faith Hill- There you’ll be

Snow Patrol- You could be happy

Elvis Presley- Are you Lonesome tonight

Nick Cave – Into my arms

Green Day- Time of your life

I’m sure there are hundreds more out there that more than a few people have shed a tear or two to!

On to the daily dilemma and road rage was the topic of the morning. Our emailer is in a new relationship and he has already discovered a bad habit that cannot be ignored. His new girlfriend has thrown a few tantrums on the road that has left him in shock.

I could quote all the curse words she has used but that would take all day,so for that your imagination will have to be used or you could listen here to the podcast. She has even turned on him a couple times calling him a “F***ing idiot”. He just doesn’t know what he should do!

We can all be accused of throwing a tantrum or two but this case was a little different because the sudden mood changes and cursing at the elderly at the pedestrian crossing seems more than just a little insane!

I really don’t know what I would do in this situation but I’ll say this I would be terrified that she could possibly turn violent in other situations. This kind of behaviour is more than a little worrying . So I would say caution is advised, try having a word with her about it.

PS. I would do it in a public place, just in case!

The mid-week hump is over, more tomorrow folks!
