I'm Teresanne from Waterford. I started working with Beat in July 2009, just after I finished my degree in UCC. I initially started working with our dedicated promotions team, the Beat Fleet, but I quickly caught the Beat bug and I started learning about the on-air side of radio too. In 2010 I did a Radio Broadcasting Course with W.I.T and Beat 102 103 and here I am!
 
I present the Weekend Takeover, every Saturday from 6pm, just before we kick off the All-Exclusive Weekend Sessions, and every Sunday from 8pm. The show is entirely commercial-free and jam packed with some of the newest and best songs on the radio, and if there's something very new and cool that you want to hear, send me an email to takeover@beat102103.com

You'll also catch me Friday evenings when I officially kick off the weekend with the day's Top 7 at 7!

When I'm not on-air, I work with the Beat Fleet. It's a great excuse to travel and work in all corners of the South East, and I also work with Advertising and Promotions in the office too.

 

Outside of the Beat bubble, as girly as I might look, I'm actually probably as much into sport as I am music! GAA being my favourite with pretty much anything else that involves some sort of competition or rivalry coming in a close second! To be honest, I had no choice coming from the family I come from - they're all a bit sport mad! - but I'm proud to say I'm on air after one of my favourite shows on Beat, Sportsbeat Roundup with Martin Clancy :)
