Beat will be hitting the streets of Carlow Town this Saturday to raise awareness of Springboard+.
The initiative offers free courses at certificate, degree and masters level, leading to qualifications in areas where there are real employment opportunities.
6,471 free places will be on offer nationwide under this year’s programme, with course eligibility extended to include homemakers for the first time this year.
