Gardaí in Waterford are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a 31-year-old female after a body was found at an apartment in Waterford City.
The discovery was made this evening when Gardaí were called to an apartment at Thomas Court, Thomas Street.
The woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Garda Technical Bureau has been requested to examine the scene.
