Ariana Grande makes her debut as judge on The Voice US

Ariana Grande’s made her debut as a coach on The Voice US. The singer’s on the line-up alongside John Legend, Kelly Clarkson and Blake Shelton and to celebrate her arrival, she teamed up with Kelly for a duet of  “Respect” by Otis Redding, made famous by Aretha Franklin!

Rocking a cowboy hat, Ariana and Kelly had the place jumping.

She's joined the programme as a replacement for Nick Jonas who wanted to take a break from the show.

On her first episode she told one of the contestants she was trying to get to join her team that she might be new on the programme but she has a lot of industry experience too.

"I’ve been watching ‘The Voice’ for years and I wanted to be a coach. This is my first season and I’d like to think I’m here to win," said the 28 year old star, who wants to become the third new coach in the show's history to win their first season.
