Love Island fans, you can take a sigh of relief- Dani Dyer and Jack Fincham apparently haven’t split up after all.
Dani, one half of the winning couple from the 2018 reality show got fans questioning if true love really does exist after posting a break-up note on her Instagram stories.
“Jack and I have sadly decided to part ways. It's been an incredible six months, and we will always have a place in our hearts for each other.
"But sadly, we've come to the realisation that it's not meant to be long term. We both plan to stay friends. I hope you'll all understand."
Alas, all faith in humanity may be restored after Dani’s dad Danny seems to have squashed the statement.
The Eastenders actor set the record straight about Dani and Jack’s relationship on The Jonathan Ross Show.
He says the pair had a row, Dani got a bit emotional and posted the message on Instagram which she instantly regretted.
“I just want to put something to bed. She hasn’t split up with Jack, that’s all b******s, that is.”
The break-up story seems to be raising eyebrows among fans due to the timing of this alleged breakup - Dani Dyer is in the midst of promoting her new book.
