We love a good TikTok trend, especially one that has originated from the Irish For You Page.

This one is a pretty hard one to explain in many ways, But we'll get there together!

It all started with James Doyle from Co. Westmeath, who has gained over 127K followers (at the time of writing this article) since he first posted on the social media platform back in April.

The 20-year-old has become kind of a big deal on Irish TikTok, where he shares advice on fitness and reviews food (mainly protein bars).

Doyle is from Mullingar, and when reviewing many different types of protein bars, his thick, strong Midlands accent sounds like he's saying "Bors" instead of "Bars".

Viewers noticed this and started commenting "Protein Bors" underneath his videos, and I don't mean like once or twice - I mean ENDLESSLY!

TikTok can be chaos at times, and this trend has proven it, as not only have viewers commented on James' videos, but now have started commenting "Protein Bors" on every video they see!

It's left some Irish TikTokers baffled, with the likes of Carpo, Dylan Talks Footy and Ben Williams. Miriam Mullins has even said the Mullingar man has created an "empire".

Not only has the trend become viral in Ireland, but it's also crept its way onto the UK and USA FYP!
