But now the Biebs is being sued for $100,000 over Robert Earl's broken phone!
It's being claimed that Justin smashed his phone at a nightclub in Texas in April.
According to TMZ, Justin became "enraged, grabbed his [Earl Morgan's] phone and smashed it to pieces".

Robert Earls says he lost precious memories and business contacts.
Justin hasn't yet commented on the allegations.
