The young English actor, who appeared in Emmerdale last year, is now starring in "The Pact", a US post-apocalyptic series and a 1920s drama titled "Hotel Portofino".

The young Healy plays Billy Scanlon in te BritBox drama, where the daughter of a wealthy industrialist moves to Italy in the 1920s to set up a quintessentially British hotel in the beautiful town of Portofino as Benito Mussolini's brand of fascism was on the rise.

Now, Louis says he is starting to get a little more attention from fans for being an actor, rather than the son of Denise Welch and the younger brother of Matty Healy.

Speaking to The Mirror, Louis says he loves seeing his mother's reaction when he gets recognised.

The publication reports that the 21-year-old has fans asking his famous mammy, who appeared on Coronation Street and regularly can be seen on Loose Women, to take pictures of him when they spot the family on the streets.

Louis says a random girl stopped them in LA, and asked his mother if she could take of picture of her and Louis.

How the tables have turned!
