Major Grey's Anatomy character scrubbing back in for Season 18

A major Grey's Anatomy character is scrubbing back in.

Actress Kate Walsh is reprising her role as Dr Addison Montgomery for season 18.

The actress first made her appearance in the hospital-based drama at the end of the first season where **SPOILERS** she played Dr Derek "McDreamy" Sheperd's wife.

She says "it feels so good to be home again" after leaving for a spin-off show in 2007.
