New Coachella headline acts revealed as Kanye West replaced

This year's Coachella headline acts have been announced.

It comes as Kanye West will not perform on the main stage at this yea's festival.

Kanye pulled out a couple of days ago - having threatened it if fellow headliner Billie Eilish didn't apologise for comments made about safety at concerts at one of her gigs.

The American rapper last performed at the California venue in 2011 and was lined up to perform on the Sunday night this year.

Now known as Ye, he is replaced by Swedish house music supergroup Swedish House Mafia and pop singer The Weeknd.

They will also perform alongside Harry Styles at the festival in California.

Coachella takes place from Friday the 15th of April until Sunday the 24th of April with artists such as Big Sean, Megan Thee Stallion and Dojo Cat also performing at the Valley Music and Arts Festival.
