Fancy spending a night in the Upside-down?

The Byers house from the set of Stranger Things has recently been sold, and it looks like the new owner wants to turn it into a show-themed Airbnb.

Speaking to TMZ, Katie Siplon from TriCounty Real Estate, Savannah, Georgia, explained a shrewd investor snapped up the house. She said the house only spent a week on the market, as an investor made a cash offer that was $300,000 above the asking price.

Stranger Things fans will know, the house is humble, to say the least. Rather than refurbish the rooms to modern standards, the new owners plan to recreate the Stranger Things home in detail, making a themed Airbnb experience that will likely attract thousands of Stranger Things fans.

The house also sits on 6 acres of land, which allows investors the opportunity to recreate other scenes from the show at the location.

TMZ reports that the new owners are "trying to get something up and running by Halloween, and they're hopeful super fans are flocking to rent this thing for a long while."

The sale is expected to close very soon. Trip to Savannah anyone?
