Responsibilities:

• Dealing professionally & promptly with enquires
• Finding common ground with customers and putting them at ease
• Listening closely and qualify what vehicle suits their needs best
• Appraising their part exchange
• Negotiating professionally and closing the sale
• Working with sales manager & business manager to process the sale & handover of vehicle correctly.
• Ensure that we leave the customer happy with the service they have received
• Achieving internal & manufactures targets

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and people skills.
• A proven track record in sales is essential.
• A professional appearance, friendly manner, and positive attitude.
• Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
• A passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
• Full drivers’ licence
