  • 2 – 3 years in a similar role
  • Further education in accounts/ finance would be an advantage
  • Well presented with a professional and pleasant demeanour
  • Strong IT with the ability to operate the MS Office Suite
  • Flexible and adaptable work ethic
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, verbal and written.
  • Excellent organisational skills

Role Profile

  • Receptionist duties
  • Be the first point of contact for all customers/clients/ visitor arriving on site
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Ensure reception area/ canteen area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
  • Maintain meeting room/ conference room schedules and arrange catering as required
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, typing, photocopying, transcribing
  • Any other tasks deemed relevant
  • Finance and Purchasing
    • Process and document invoices.
    • Issue invoices to customers based on services rendered and/or goods sold
    • Maintain records for company credit cards
    • Sort and input Purchase orders and any filing needed
    • Reconcile invoices with Goods Received Notes and other supporting paperwork
    • Input data into company accounting system
  • Department support
    • Provide administrative support to all departments when and if required
    • Any other tasks deemed relevant
