Role Summary

Magna International Autolaunch Ireland Ltd., a fast-paced, fast-growing multi-national, automotive division of Magna International requires a Quality Administrative Assistant to join their expanding operation in Bagenalstown, Co. Carlow.

This is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate, as they will get the opportunity to add value to and learn from a progressive Quality team within the company.

The position is a full-time permanent position. Working hours for the role are 8am - 5pm Monday to Thursday and 7am - 3pm OR 8am to 4pm Friday

Key Responsibilities

  • Control and monitor quality management system.
  • Administration: Conduct and update weekly scrap analysis.
  • Generate analysis results in graphic form.
  • Review and update quality corrective action reports and follow up on open issues as required.
  • Obtain and input relevant data for quarterly KPI's.
  • Partake in FMEA reviews where requested and offer advice on matters relating to quality.
  • Partake in and assist the internal audits team as required.
  • Manage quality-controlled documents and record revision history in accordance with procedure.
  • Identify errors in documentation and amend where necessary.
  • Improve quality documentation by questioning documentation and obtaining answers from relevant managers/auditors/employees.
  • Maintain documentation in appropriate filing system on appropriate drives in an orderly and accessible manner.

 

Key Qualifications/Requirements

  • Administration Experience
  • Administration Qualification, Leaving certificate or equivalent
  • Knowledge of various quality standards e.g.ISO9001 preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft package, in particular Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • English language fluency essential (written and verbal)
