• Providing office & site support to the teams
• Co-ordination and installation of mechanical services
• Design and value engineering of mechanical services
• Project planning & execution
• Completing as installed drawings
• Procurement of mechanical services plant
• Preparation of company health & safety documents and the undertaking of project risk assessments (additional training provided)
• Preparation of mechanical services operation & maintenance manuals
• Extracting information from drawing revisions for pricing
• Maintaining project submittal, procurement & RFI schedules
• Managing programming of works in conjunction with the Contracts Manager
• Undertaking mechanical services plant surveys and reports
• Meeting clients and selling the company’s core services

Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of experience in HVAC ideally on Retail projects.

3rd level qualification in Mechanical Engineering - or strong trades background
