Rayco Group is looking for a talented salesperson to join our growing team. Candidates should have a thorough understanding of industrial paint coatings and their application, and of plant machinery in order to be successful in their role. Furthermore, they should also have knowledge of other services we provide such as chassis repair, shot blasting and the restoration of vehicles. The Salesperson is responsible for generating sales and managing customer relationships. This includes cold calling, presenting, quoting, closing sales and managing accounts.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop a sales plan to achieve sales targets.
2. Identify potential customers and develop relationships with them.
3. Educate customers on the features and benefits of coatings products.
4. Provide technical advice on coatings application methods.
5. Sales of plant machinery
6. Receiving sales calls about chassis repair, sandblasting, restoration work.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a salesperson in the relevant industries.
2. Outstanding communication skills.
3. Good organizational and time management skills.
4. Full Clean Driver’s License
