Getting an entire plane row to yourself is like finding that fiver in an old jacket you had forgotten about.
It rarely happens, but to get every seat in that row makes the holiday that bit better.
According to TikTok's Chelsea Dickenson, also known as the cheaptravelexpert, it's not a bit of luck anymore, as they showcase how to get a whole row to yourself without booking every seat in it if you are traveling in a pair.
The TikTok user has tons of videos about how to enjoy a holiday without breaking the bank. From how to check what the weather is going to be like for the few days of your, to where to find the cheapest food spots in certain countries.

cheaptravelexpert posted a video, to both her Instagram and TikTok accounts, guaranteeing viewers that the hack will get them an entire plane row for free if traveling with a partner, family member, or your best friend.
In the video, she states, "when selecting your seats, you're looking for a free row."
Now here's where the hack comes into play, cheaptravelexpert explains that you have to "book the seats at the window and at the aisle, leaving the middle seat free between the two of you."
Chelsea says the "theory here is that someone is much less likely to book a seat in between two strangers and they'll opt for another row."
The TikToker also has the outcome figured out if some does book that seat in the middle, "you can ask them if they want the aisle or the window seat and it works out for everyone."
There's another tip to ensure that you and your traveling buddy lock out the whole row as "booking towards the back of the plane tends to work a bit better", Chelsea also booked row 13 in her video as she says "lots of people think it's unlucky."
