A three-day operation under Project Storm has seen eleven arrests so far.

Small quantities of cannabis were seized at 5 of those premises and court appearances will follow in relation to those drug seizures.

In the meantime, Gardai are eager to deliver a Crime Prevention message as part of the operation as we head into Winter with darker evenings.

They’re asking people to be conscious of their own safety and to secure their property adequately.

Further operations are set to follow in the coming weeks and months.
