Jim Carrey has reportedly asked a judge to strike any mention of STDs from court records following the suicide of his former girlfriend.
Catriona White from Tipp took her own life in September 2015.
Catriona White's mother alleges the Hollywood star gave her daughter a number of STDs and blamed him for her daughter’s suicide in wrongful death lawsuit.
Court records show the STDs were revealed two years prior to her death and are not mentioned in the Complaint in relation to Ms White's death.
In new documents filed on Monday, Carrey has demanded the court strike claims from her lawsuit which were made to harrass and humiliate him.
Carrey’s lawyer has said the accusations ‘do a disservice to Cathriona’s memory’.
