All cinema tickets €4 this weekend for National Cinema Day

This Saturday, September 3rd cinemas across Ireland are celebrating National Cinema Day with a special reduced ticket price.

Over 95% of the country's cinemas will take part in the initiative, and a reduced fare of €4 will apply to "all seats, all shows, all day."

The reduced ticket price will even apply to 3D screenings and premium seats.

Members of the public are advised to check their local cinema for listings. Below are some of the movies currently available to see in the South East:

Elvis-The epic biopic of the music icon by Baz Luhrmann

Blackbird-the spy thriller written, directed by, and starring Michael Flatley. (Yes, that Michael Flatley)
