A driver has been detected travelling at 90 kilometres an hour while passing a school.
The speeder was just one of 241 motorists caught driving over the limit last Friday, October 13.
The statistics released by Gardaí as part of National Slow Down day tomorrow (Oct 20) also show there has been over 106,000 incidents of speeding so far in 2017.
Officers are advising people to stick to the limits, especially with 'Storm Brian' on the way.
