The Tánaiste says he's "confident in his judgement" and that he has the confidence of his parliamentary party.
It is reported that there is growing unease in Fine Gael over a TikTok of Leo Varadkar socialising in a Dublin nightclub just over a week ago.
The video, which was viewed over two million times, has since been taken down by TikTok.
The Tánaiste, who is set to become Taoiseach later this week, was asked about it by the press this morning.
"I'm confident in my judgement, I'm confident that I have the support of my parliamentary party and the other coalition partners in government. That will be obviously decided on Saturday.
"Everyone makes errors in judgement, you wouldn't be a human being if you didn't", he said.
"I hope when it comes to the big calls that I make the right decisions. And if I have the privilege to be elected Taoiseach on Saturday you can be absolutely assured that I will give it 100%."
