Four people have been arrested and charged in relation to a money laundering investigation.
It follows the seizure of cash in Portlaoise in April.
A woman in her 40s, one in her 30s as well as a man in his 30s and one in his 20s, are due before Portlaoise District Court this morning.
A car was stopped and searched by Gardai on the M7 motorway on the 6th of April in County Laois and €50,000 was discovered.
