Gardaí arrest drugged up motorist with 'scribbled in' tax and insurance details

Gardaí in Cork took to Twitter over the weekend to detail a case in which a disqualified motorist scribbled in their vehicle's details

The motorist tested positive for cocaine, while an unspecified quantity of cannabis was found inside the car.

Really?

Cork City RPU stopped a DQ driver in Gurranbraher who had scribbled out details and put in their own on tax & ins discs. Also had cannabis in the car and failed a drugs test for cocaine.
