Gardaí in Clonmel are investigating a suspected arson attack that occurred on the morning of Wednesday May 25th 2022.
It took place between the hours of 5am and 6am at Monvey, Northfields area of Clonmel located off the N24.
On the morning of June 13th, Gardaí from Clonmel arrested two males in relation to this incident.
These males were detained under the provisions of Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984 at Clonmel Garda Station, questioned in custody and released pending further investigation and submission of an investigation file to the DPP.
A third male, who was arrested later that evening remains in custody at Clonmel Garda Station, again detained under the provisions of Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984.
