House prices continue to increase in the South East

House prices continue to increase in the South East

Property prices in the South East are continuing to rise.

That's according to the Irish Independent property survey released today.

On average, they've gone up 8%.

The average price of a house in Waterford are up 17 percent.

Prices in Wexford rose by 6 per cent

While Carlow, Kilkenny and Tipperary are up by 7 per cent.
