Gardai have confirmed that thousands of euro worth of drugs were seized in Kilkenny city yesterday.
A house was searched under warrant by members of the Kilkenny Carlow drug unit.
Amounts of cocaine, ecstasy and cannabis were recovered during the search.
The drugs are believed to have a street value of around 5 and a half thousand euro.

Gardai say no arrests have been made as of yet and investigations are ongoing.
