The free event entitled "A Time to Talk: Mental Health Awareness in Sport" is happening in St. Kieran's College.
It features guest speakers Tyrone footballer Cathal McCarron and Dublin Footballer Shane Carthy.
Event Organiser Mark Duffy told Beat News, "the two guys are coming down to speak.
I suppose give an insight into their lives - living with issues around mental health and how they, I suppose, are still managing it and coping with it on a daily basis.

It's a free event open anybody - the general public to come along on the night and listen to the boys share their stories."
