The family & friends of Paul Tynan are concerned about his whereabouts.
He was last seen at Riverwalk student accommodation inner Ring Road Waterford last Friday 22nd. Paul is approx 5'10 with blue eyes last seen wearing blue hoodie, black denim jeans with black airmax shoes.
