Over 22 kilos of cannabis seized at Dublin Airport destined for South East addresses

Over 22 kilos of cannabis has been seized at Dublin Airport.

Revenue officers made the discovery, which is worth €460,000, as a result of routine searches.

The drugs were discovered concealed in parcels described as 'Car Parts and Healthcare Products', which had arrived from Spain and were destined for addresses in Wexford, Waterford and Kilkenny.

The seizure was part of Revenue’s ongoing operations targeting the importation of illegal drugs.
