Pony that only had mud to eat is rescued in Tipperary

The ISPCA has rescued a pony which was tied to an electricity pole in Co Tipperary.

The young animal was found in a poor condition without food, water or shelter recently in Clonmel.

Her movement was so restricted that she was eating mud to survive.

The animal charity says investigations are continuing to trace the owner.
