A section of the Outer Ring road by Williamstown roundabout has reopened following a 2 vehicle collision this lunchtime , 15th March 2019.
Emergency services attended the scene where one person received injuries.
The incident occured at the pedestrian crossing by the Solas Cancer Support Centre.
The road has reopened.
