UPDATE: Missing hillwalker found safe and well.
EARLIER: A search and rescue operation is underway for a missing hillwalker in the Galtee Mountains in Tipperary.
The alarm was raised by the man's wife who was speaking to him on the phone before his battery died yesterday evening.
Valentia Coastguard, volunteers, and two dog teams are involved in the operation.

Jimmy Barry from South Eastern Mountain Rescue Association says, "the weather conditions aren't great; low cloud, mist, rain and wind up high as well.
But we're very hopeful for a positive outcome to this search."
