Tracy Nugent is resource officer for suicide prevention for the south east region - she told Beat News, "our plan is that as many people as possible will turn up - anybody can come.

If you're working in an agency that has a remit around mental health or suicide prevention.

If you're living in a community where mental health and suicide prevention might be a priority for you.

If you're an individual who has an interest in the whole area of suicide prevention and mental health - everybody's welcome."
