The Just Eat National Takeaway Awards 2017 was launched last night to showcase the best fast food spots in the South East and around the Country.

Now entering their fourth year, the Awards have become a big date in the industry calendar.

The Just Eat National Takeaway Awards will reveal Irelandโ€™s favourite takeaway restaurant as well as the nationโ€™s favourite takeaway dish. Last year, Ly Garden in Tallaght scooped the prize for the Best Takeaway in Ireland, while Chopped won in the Best Healthy Takeaway Category. Also at the Awards last year, Chicken Tikka Masala overtook the Spicebag as Irelandโ€™s favourite takeaway dish.

Voting is open for all takeaway restaurants throughout Ireland online at www.just-eat.ie/takeawayawards2017, closing on 25th of September with a shortlist announcement on 28th. The shortlist vote will then close on the 9th, with the Awards night taking place on the 17th of October 2017 in Dublinโ€™s Number 22.
