The EU's announced fresh legal action against the UK - after it set out plans to change part of the Northern Ireland protocol.

On Monday, the British government published legislation which'll override the post-Brexit trade deal.

British Prime Minister Boris Johnson insisted making changes are legal - and it's about fixing current issues.

But the European Commission vice president Maros Sefcovic doesn't agree- he says the UK government had set out to "unilaterally break international law".
