Thought you needed to go to the supermarket to get your groceries? You thought wrong.

Iceland in Carlow and Wexford is now on Uber Eats which means you can get all your fresh and frozen foods straight to your door.

Iceland is also home to a number of exclusive ranges such as Slimming World and TGI Friday's, all of which will be available on the platform too. Which means now you don't need to leave the house to be good (or bold) either.

Iceland are celebrating the launch of the service by offering customers €10 off when they spend €15 or more on their Iceland order with the special promo code 10ICELAND2.

The news makes Iceland the first grocery retailer in Ireland to partner with Uber Eats. Ron Metcalfe, Managing Director, Iceland Ireland said, "We are sure that our latest partnership will prove very popular with our customers, as their favourite Iceland products can now be conveniently delivered right to their doors”.

Customers can shop in the same way as they would when ordering from a restaurant via the Uber Eats app. Once confirmed, the order is picked out in-store by Iceland colleagues before being collected and delivered by an Uber Eats courier.
