Thousands of people took to the streets of Waterford for Santa’s arrival as part of Winterval 2017.
Last year, over 650,000 visitors descended on the street of Waterford.
The festival launched last Friday evening when over 5,000 people lining the streets for Santa's arrival.
The festival runs on selected dates up until the 23rd December.

Winterval also launches the Winterval app this year which will give users a guide to all activities.
