A toddler has died in a 'tragic accident' in Skibbereen in County Cork.
Gardai were called to a home in the town shortly after 9pm last night.
A post mortem examination on the young boy's remains will be held at Cork University Hospital.
The case is being treated as an accident and foul play is not suspected.
