The army bomb squad has safely removed two rounds of an old coastal artillery gun from a man's garden in Co. Wexford.

The World War two remnants were discovered at the property near Oulart.

It's reported he believed they were garden ornaments.

The rounds did not contain any explosive material and were taken away for examination.
