A Waterford Councillor stormed out of a recent meeting of the local authority frustrated about the Technological University for the South East.
Eddie Mulligan was angry that the steering group still haven't confirmed a date to engage with the elected members of Waterford city and county.
It follows reports last week that WITs application still hasn't been submitted, despite having a deadline of September 30th 2018.
Speaking to Beat news, the Fianna Fail Councillor says the upgrading of WIT is vital.
