Waterford lotto winner makes contact with National Lottery to claim over €1m prize

The winner of an Ireland Only Raffle ticket sold in Tesco at Ardkeen Village, Waterford has come forward to claim their winnings.

A spokesperson for the National Lottery says the winner has been in touch after they scooped just over a million euro in last Friday's EuroMillions draw.

Arrangements are being made for the Waterford lotto player to collect their prize.

The Waterford store sold one of two winning raffle tickets for the draw.
