A woman has been seriously injured after being struck down by a tractor in Monaghan.
The pedestrian, in her 30s, was hit on Main Street in Carrickmacross shortly before 6 pm yesterday.
She was taken to Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Drogheda where she's currently receiving treatment.
The driver of the tractor was uninjured.

Video footage of the accident is understood to be circulating online. A still of the footage shows an overturned vehicle which appears to have been struck by the tractor.
The road is currently closed, while Gardaí says investigations are ongoing.
