Déise recognised with seven PwC All-Star camogie nominations

Waterford camogie has received a boost from a record seven PwC camogie All-Star nominations.

Derek Lyons' side enjoyed a memorable campaign, defeating a host of perennial powerhouses en route to marginally losing out to Cork at Croke Park.

Despite the disappointment in defeat, the Déise took massive pride in reaching the All Ireland semi-finals for the first time since 1959.

In goal, O'Regan will be up against Amy Lee and All-Ireland-winning Aoife Norris.

Heffernan and Hickey are nominated in defence, while Bray is seeking her second All-Star in midfield.

Flynn is nominated for the first time in attack, with Carton - a two-time All-Star winner - and Rockett previously recognised in 2020.
