Everything you need to know about Waterford's All-Ireland homecoming

Granted, Waterford's hurlers may not be crossing the Suir with the Liam McCarthy for the first time in 57 years, but they sure did their county proud on Sunday.

In a season soundtracked by Journey's 'Don't Stop Believing', Waterford City & County Council's homecoming is set to mirror exactly that - placing Waterford's hearty spirit to the fore.

So, here's what is happening:

Waterford City's Quay is set to close at 14:00 today.

A private ceremony is due to take place in Waterford's City Hall for the team's family members at 16:30.

Derek McGrath and the Waterford team will cross Rice Bridge from Sallypark in an open top bus at 18:00 approx.

The team will then travel down the Quay to Custom House Crane where a stage will be set up.

Here, team members will give some words to Waterford supporters.
