South East women shine at this years Camogie All-Stars

7 South East women took home silverware at last night's Camogie All-Star Awards.

All Ireland Finalists Kilkenny took home the bulk of the awards to the South East with Grace Walsh, Meighan Farrell, Anne Dalton, Denise Gaule and Katie Power bringing home prizes for The Cats.

Freshford native Ann Dalton also took the top prize of player of the year.

Waterford had a good start to their senior campaign and Beth Carton was rewarded for her efforts in the forward line with an award.

Tipperary's Cáit Devane added to the South East line up receiving an All-Star for her talents at full forward.

All Ireland Champions Cork took the majority of the awards with 7 awarded to the rebels overall.
