Robbie Byrne

Robbie is a digital media and communications expert who works as our Digital Editor. With eight years of media experience, Robbie graduated from University College Cork with an MA in Data Journalism before going on to work for The Irish Examiner, breakingnews.ie and The Munster Express. Throughout Robbie's time in media, he's won several individual and team awards including Student Blogger of The Year (SMEDIAs), Community Action/Social Action (IMROs) and On Air Competition/Promotion (IMROs). He’s also been twice nominated for Young Journalist of the Year (SMEDIAs).
