Job Title: Catering Assistant
Reports to: Chef Manager/ Catering Manager/ Supervisor

Main Responsibilities:
1. To provide an excellent service to all customers, suppliers and all other relevant stakeholders.
2. To assist management and chefs as required for the effective and efficient running the facility.
3. To prepare sandwiches, salads and any other food as directed by the manager in line with
Corporate Catering standards.
4. To ensure everything is prepared in advance of the service as required by Corporate
Catering.
5. To operate the cash register and assist in completing paperwork in line with approved
procedures.
6. To take and record food temperatures and related data as required by Corporate Catering.
7. To check, receive and put away deliveries from suppliers in line with company procedures.
8. To ensure both the kitchen and dining areas, including all equipment, are maintained in a
clean and hygienic manner in line with Corporate Catering standards.
9. To comply with all policies and procedures introduced by Corporate Catering Services Ltd
and as agreed with our Client.
10. To work effectively as a team member of Corporate Catering Services Ltd.
