Electro City is one of the South East’s leading electrical retailers with superstores in Kilkenny, Carlow and Waterford.

We are currently looking to hire a full time Cashier/Customer Service Support Agent to join our team in our Waterford branch, Kelly & Dollard.

Please note full flexibility over a 7 day roster is required – please note this is a permanent and full time position.

The ideal candidate:

· Will be enthusiastic, motivated, able to work on your own initiative and within a team environment

· Will be committed to providing excellent customer service

· Will possess excellent numerical, computer and problem solving skills

· A keen eye for detail is essential for this role along with excellent communication skills

· Will be able to identify and assess a customer’s needs and provide professional customer support.

· Will be confident in communicating with customers via email, on the phone, or face-to-face in-store.
